Laundry

An on-site laundry service is provided to residents. Clothes that can be safely machine washed will be laundered by Trevu, however, we do not have the facilities to handwash or dry clean clothes. If there are such items that need these services, separate arrangements will need to be made by either the resident and or their representative. If this is difficult, we can make these arrangements on behalf of the resident. Charges from the local laundry or dry cleaner will apply. Commercial name tags on clothing is required.

Toiletries

Trevu provides a standard range of toiletries as part of its service. Residents are welcome to use their own at their own cost.

Hair Care

A hair dresser visits Trevu each week and seniors rates apply to all residents. Trevu will debit the cost of hair care to the resident’s account unless the resident or their representative wishes to make other arrangements.

Ambulance

We recommend that residents subscribe to the SA Ambulance Service as non subscribers are obliged to pay the account which can be very substantial. Trevu will, if requested, administer the renewal account each year and debit the cost to the resident’s account.
